Plain English terms for using Top Flight RL.
1. What Top Flight RL Is
A competitive rugby league management simulation. You manage strategy, finances, and culture. We reserve the right to adjust mechanics, balance, and progression to keep the game fair.
2. Accounts & Conduct
- One person per account. No automated play or bots.
- No harassment, hate speech or match-fixing.
- Breaking rules will lead to suspensions or bans.
3. Virtual Items & Memberships
Memberships unlock additional features and content. They are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change prices and perks; we'll be reasonable and we'll communicate.
4. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” We're not liable for losses from downtime, bugs, or balance changes. Where the law requires, our liability is capped to fees you paid in the last 12 months.
5. Changes
We'll update these terms as the game evolves. We'll post the effective date and highlight major changes.
